Insurance and payments

We offer direct billing to your insurance company when possible, and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express plus debit (Interac), cheque and cash. Payment is due on the day of care.

Need help with your payment?

We are delighted to offer 0% financing in-house or via PayBright to give you the care you need, when you need it. Payment plans can be arranged for 3, 6 and 18 months.

If your primary dental insurance provider is willing to send our office payment directly, we will accept it. We will submit claims electronically for you.

If you have secondary insurance, we will submit claims electronically for you. Some secondary insurance plans will only pay directly to you, and some to the office. We will advise you of the automated response from your secondary insurance company on the day of treatment.

If you have a Health Spending Account, only you can submit it directly to them for reimbursement.
We collect your payment on the day of treatment, and we provide you with the forms you need
to be reimbursed.

Our fees

Our fees for services offered follow the Ontario Dental Association 2019 Fee Guides for our respective specialties. We will gladly provide you with a detailed estimate of any fees associated with your proposed treatment. This estimate will outline each procedure and its corresponding fee, plus any associated parts and/or lab fees.

Payment

Patients are processed for payment upon the completion of each visit. For client convenience, we offer payment through a variety of popularly accepted methods: Mastercard, Visa, Debit Card (Interac) and cash. We also accommodate third-party financing through DentalCard.

Appointment times and cancellations

We value your time and appreciate you making space in your busy schedule to pay us a visit. Out of respect for each one of our patients, we never double book and always take time to provide every patient with the comprehensive and thoughtful care they deserve.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us two days’ notice in advance so we can accommodate another patient on our waiting list. If your schedule can be unpredictable, we can arrange to call you the week of your regular checkup so that we can book you in for the date and time most convenient to you.
